Exceptionally rude woman working the counter. Overcharged me for my order. When I questioned her she became totally beligerant. I can't understand how the owner allows her to deal with customers. Another worker had to apologize on her bahalf. Unbelievable.... Will not be back.

The food is excellent. The person behind the counter not so friendly. Acts as though she is put out by having to wait on you.

We have always loved getting a Regatta while living in Worcester. 7years ago we moved to PA and when we visit we like to get ont to eat on our way back. However, today when checking the hours it said it was open until 3:30, when we arrived at 3:10 the sign said closed. Please update your hours online.

Classic local spot, recommend picking up a sandwich to go and heading over to Quinsigamond State Park to enjoy by the water. They also have an outdoor seating area just outside the deli. Solid sandwiches for great value, fast service.

The sandwiches are very tasty and enough to fill you up to 120% . Although I felt they were a bit unorganized but worth the wait.

We always can count on Regatta Deli for a GREAT meal. Whether you want their famous Regatta Deli sandwich or another one of their many hot or cold deli delights, you won't be disappointed. They also have delicious specials to choose from daily and their soups will not only not only help your colds but will not your socks off. The staff is also very courteous and a very well oiled machine...They have to be with crowd they attract!!

first time this summer having lunch at Regatta, I got my regular Italian and some pasta salad. Sandwich was ALL bread!! And no amount of seasoning could save the salad. Ended up tossing in trash. So very disappointed...won't be back!! I did love you guys at one point tho...

Been going there for years, great sandwiches, very accommodating when it comes to ordering. My only minor critique is the bread, though fresh, to inner content ratio. I'll definitely unhinged my jaw like a snake to get one of the Regattas down 😁

Came to the Regatta Saturday 5/16 and had an awful experience. A tall thin women with dark hair working the counter was extremely rude. She should not be working with the public. My family and I have been coming to the Regatta for years and I will not return. I also heard her arguing with another customer. She should be fired, she clearly doesn't like her job.

Found a long piece of black hair hanging out of my sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I usually have a great experience but after today, I think I’m all set.

Best sandwiches in Worcester! If you've never been to Regatta deli, you are missing OUT! This is a guides "MUST HAVE been here to be considered a local" passport! It's a requirement like needing an id for liquor.

I've only ever got the classic Regatta sub..which is awesome. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the employees are rude,unfriendly and should not be in customer service.

Ordered an Italian and got it with no cheese. Aldo got their ham and capicola, they just put two slices. It was more dry bread than anything, no cheese either. Why? I absolutely don't recommend this place any longer. Their standards have dropped.

Classic regatta club with oil and vinegar is hard to beat. The regatta on Syrian is good as well, a little pricey on some things but flavor and quality is homemade/ and delicious. They are a well established deli with two locations. It’s convenient fast and good service.

One of (if not THE) best delis in Worcester! GIANT grinders on half-loaves of the freshest, most amazing Italian bread you'll ever experience and SO reasonably priced! Grab a grinder from here and go find a spot on Lake Quinsig to watch the regattas in the summer :)

This place is very affordable considering the quality and quantity of food. It's busy around lunch time but worth the trip, they're very efficient and the line moves quickly. Their sandwiches are huge (think half a loaf of bread sized) and will easily feed 2 people. Their sides are good as well (stuffed grape leaves, taboule, chips, potato salad)

Come here once or twice a month for the locally famous Regatta sandwich. Love how even on the busiest of days you're in and out within a few minutes if ordering a Regatta. It can take a while if you order something different and recommend calling ahead. Parking can be tough sometimes but there's nothing to be done about that.

Regatta Deli is always consistent. It's a must have every time I'm in that part of Worcester.

Food is awsome. The bread is so soft. Yellow cake with chocolate icing, what more does there need to be said.
